We are pleased to offer Babaji's Kriya Yoga Level One Seminar with Gangadevi in an intensive weekend format September 10-12, 2010 at the YogaRoom.

This seminar is excellent for those

• who are looking for a spiritual practice,
• would like to build a daily yoga routine,
• increase self knowledge and
• bring yoga into their lifestyle.

Gangadevi has been practicing Kriya Yoga for ten years and became an acharya, a spiritual teacher in December 2009.

Barb also includes Kriya Yoga  postures, breathing and meditation techniques in her daily routine.

Babaji's Kriya Yoga First Level Seminar:

Time:        Friday, September 10,  7:00 - 8:30 pm - Introduction (open to all, $10 - suggested donation)

                  Saturday, Sept. 11,        9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Seminar

                  Sunday, Sept. 12,           9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Seminar

Cost:         $295 (for the whole weekend, including Introduction)

In the yoga tradition of the 18 Siddhas, you'll learn the scientific art of Self Realization. Babaji's Kriya Yoga has five paths:

• Kriya Hatha Yoga, postures for the physical body;
• Kriya Kundalini Pranayama, breathing techniques for the vital body;
• Kriya Dhyana Yoga, meditation for the mind and senses;
• Kriya Mantra Yoga, chants for the intuition and intellect;
• Kriya Bhakti Yoga, devoting to a practice for the spirit.

The First Level Seminar with Ganga consist:

• 18 Hatha Yoga postures
• 6 phases of the powerful breathing technique, known as "Kriya Kundalini Pranayama": to awaken and circulate subtle energies; and
• 7 meditation techniques to cleanse the subconscious, to master the mind and to bring about realization of the Self.
